History of present illness
Physician by training, software engineer by trade. Trained in internal medicine, wrote clinical tools at a health startup, then spent six years building software at an AI company.
Current work joins the two: tools that let AI models do careful, checkable work, in the clinic and in the codebase.
Stack: TypeScript, React, Node. SQL, C# and LLM tooling where the work calls for them.

Structured syndromic assessments on local inference. A layer between patient data and the model:
- compose the context for every call
- constrain decoding to a schema
- run the derivations in code, not in the model
- start and stop the model servers around the work
